Wierd isn't it? You should try traveling one way and then the other. Any jet lag?

no jetlag as such..I just didn't sleep from Sunday morning to Monday night....felt knackered on Tuesday..think that was a combination of things
The weird thing is that I'm now used to India time,but am still having to work on GMT...strange
